By booking a stay or using services at EDEN – The Residence at the Sea (“EDEN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
No Noise or Parties Allowed: Guests must ensure there is no noise or parties during their stay at the Villa. Respecting the peaceful ambiance of the Villa is mandatory at all times.
Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 PM onwards. Any noise that disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests or neighbors is prohibited.
*Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with the quiet hours policy will result in immediate check-out without any refund or compensation.
Bringing in External Vendors: Guests who wish to bring in external vendors (e.g., bartenders, acoustic musicians, DJs, catering, etc.) must inform villa management in advance. A vendor fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for each external vendor brought onto the premises.
Inviting Additional Guests During an Event: If you plan to invite guests who are not part of the original villa booking, please note the following, a maximum number of guests is allowed per villa type:
– 6 persons in a 3-bedroom villa
– 10 persons in a 5-bedroom villa
– 16 persons in an 8-bedroom villa
If the number of guests exceeds the stated villa capacity, an additional charge of IDR 100,000 per person will apply.
Banjar Fee: For events with more than 15 guests, the Banjar requires this fee IDR 4,500,000 to ensure that the community’s infrastructure and resources can accommodate the larger number of attendees. It is generally calculated based on the number of guests attending the event, and for groups exceeding 15 people, it helps cover the increased costs associated with managing larger events.
Respect for Property: Guests must treat the Villa and its contents with respect. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
Guest Capacity: The number of guests staying at the Villa must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking unless prior permission has been granted by the management.
Check-In/Check-Out: Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times set by the management. Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional fees and must be arranged in advance.
Check in: 3 pm
Check out: 12 pm
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Injury or Accidents: Guests should take care to avoid accidents and injuries. The management is not responsible for any injury or accident that occurs during the stay
